A Possible Misuse of Disaster Reconstruction Budget Probed
"The Justice Ministry has started checking whether it allocated 27.65 million yen for vocational training for prisoners unjustifiably from a supplementary state budget for money allotted for reconstructing areas devastated by the March 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and ensuing tsunami." reports the Mainichi Daily.
