"Decision on Oi nuclear plant faultline postponed "

"Experts have postponed a decision on whether a faultline underneath Japan’s only operating nuclear plant is active or what to do with the facility." reports Japan Today Online.

A five-member team commissioned by the Nuclear Regulation Agency inspected the Oi plant in Fukui Prefecture on Friday to examine a suspected faultline there. Two of Oi’s four reactors resumed operation in July for the first time since last year’s nuclear crisis triggered by a quake and tsunami that hit another plant.
