Fishing Training To Revitalize the Quake-hit Town

"Three men have been trained in the basics of fishing through hands-on experience in the town of Otsuchi, Iwate Prefecture, where the number of fishermen has declined in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake in March 2011."

"The three-night, four-day program was organized by the Otsuchi town government, with the aim of increasing the local population of fishermen to help rehabilitate the quake-hit town."
